I. Lelia Vann, DNCL President, called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm. This was an abbreviated meeting due to the Holiday party at the Brick Anchor Brew House.

II. Election of 2023 DNCL Board Members – A motion was made and seconded to elect the slate of nominees. The motion was approved by voice vote. The 2023 DNCL Board members will be:

1. President: Lelia Vann
2. Vice President: Preston Carraway
3. Treasurer: Christopher Shields
4. Secretary: Lorraine Connaughton

III. Announcements—Lelia congratulated Councilwoman Courtney Doyle on her re-election to the Norfolk City Council. She thanked Yvette Baker, the outgoing DNCL Treasurer.

IV. The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 pm.
