Lorraine moved to Downtown Norfolk in 2009 and immediately connected with this vibrant and ever-changing community. She has been the secretary of the DNCL since 2012. Now that she's retired from careers at Old Dominion University and Norfolk Southern Corp. she spends her time traveling, visiting with family and friends, and enjoying life.
